Aβ generation in cultured cells treated with free or nanoparticulate flurbiprofen. 7WD10 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of free flurbiprofen (A) or PLA-flurbiprofen nanoparticles (B) for 48 hours. Levels of Aβ were measured by an Aβ specific ELISA.
