Reliability assessments and the combined impact on incident dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Among the 41 variables for multivariate analyses, 10 were rated as high-quality reliability, 13 as moderate-quality reliability, and 18 as low-quality reliability. Utilizing the Cox proportional hazards regression model, we investigated the combined effects of the 10 highly reliable variables on dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, after adjusting for age, gender, and APOE ε4 status.
