  1. CSF β-syn levels are shown as median (interquartile range). Data of Univariate analysis were tested using the Mann–Whitney U test and Kruskal–Wallis H test. Statistically significant results from univariate analysis were included in multivariate analysis. Factors influencing CSF β-syn results were analyzed using multivariate linear regression, including WB CSF 14-3-3, Myoclonus and Akinetic Mutism
